**Job Summary**

The WW Digital Channel Team is a newly formed team who will drive the development of digital strategies across all Apple channels. We create a consistent brand experience in the digital world, whether it is on a partner's website, on a global marketplace or on social commerce. We serve as the center of expertise on e-commerce and will be instrumental in unlocking Apple's potential in maximizing customer experience, brand presence and sales growth across digital channels. In this role, you will develop and execute digital growth strategies and programs and will facilitate and drive data-based business decisions that accelerate growth across Apple's online sales channels worldwide. You will have a passion for and good understanding of e-commerce, across digital marketplaces, traditional online retailers and social commerce. You will possess knowledge across many disciplines, including strategy, business development and planning, and have demonstrated the ability to successfully lead cross functional global projects or programs. You will thrive in an entrepreneurial setting where you are required to not only understand and clearly communicate the big picture but also to get down in the details and do the work.

**Key Qualifications**

* 7-10 years of experience in e-commerce, Retail and/or digital technologies preferably with 2+ years at a credible consulting firm focused on the Digital sector

* Demonstrated experience coordinating program portfolios and roadmaps and driving cross functional teams to deliver successfully and on time

* Ability to work effectively by influencing and collaborating across geographies, functions and levels in a matrix organization

* Experience managing the implementation of complex and cross-functional projects

* Strong problem solving skills to identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options and provide recommendations

* Stellar analytical skills with ability to transform data into actionable insights

* Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining a high attention to detail

* Extraordinary communication - written, oral, and presentation - and facilitation skills

* Willing to take action and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment

* Skilled in spreadsheet and presentation software


- Execute strategic e-commerce growth programs

- Develop innovative digital strategies and plans that promote sales growth for Apple products sold through our online channel partners

- Collaborate with regional and worldwide teams to refine, customize and execute digital channel sales programs for retail partners

- Build the strategy and develop the tools and processes needed to drive Portfolio Management across our global ecommerce channels and sales partners

- Maintain a portfolio of digital commerce initiatives providing oversight, coordinating interdependencies, driving issue resolution and sequencing key project timelines

- Provide constant and effective communication across the organization including the WW Digital Channel and Sales team, local sales teams, external partners and executive partners

- Be dedicated, look ahead for barriers and develop means to resolve unforeseen problems


Bachelors Degree required; MBA preferred
