Are you looking for marketing experience in the consumer electronics industry? Do you love working in MS Excel? Are you exceptionally detail-oriented? Then you'd be a great fit for our Results Coordinator role!

The Results Coordinator provides administrative support to the account team and will monitor data quality assurance within a consumer electronics Break Fix program for a major US retailer. Duties include photo and data review within the quality assurance processes. This role is an entry level position and a wonderful opportunity to join the BDS Marketing team!

What is Break Fix? The maintenance and merchandising of interactive displays to ensure brands are optimally represented at retail.

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred; not required

+ Entry level position, experience in industry is preferred but not required

+ Experience with consumer electronics brands preferred, but not required

+ Must be detail oriented and results driven

+ Must be able to self-motivate

+ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Must be able to adapt positively to change and willing to take initiative

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Must be open to learn, a team player with a winning attitude

+ Must be able to maintain the upmost confidentiality

+ Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point; experience with SharePoint is a plus

+ Must meet all pre and post-employment requirements, including but not limited to background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle review

+ Some travel may be required (less than 5%)


+ Key team member driving quality assurance

+ Visually review data and photos for quality assurance and utilize quality assurance software

+ Assist the Account team with administrative tasks; assist cross-functional support departments with tasks relating to account

+ Participate in generating web based data, value added reports, audit programs, data capturing, and/or interactive reporting as needed

+ Participate in vendor calls and work with vendor on ordering new equipment or other materials as needed

+ Responsible for closing out smaller scale projects if needed

+ Other tasks as requested by management
